REGISTERED USERS THAT SPEND $50 OR MORE GET FREE GROUND SHIPPING OR EQUIVALENT DISCOUNT.  

Currently we only ship to Continental US based addresses at our advertised shipping rates. Alaska and Hawaii shipping will be calculated at time of order processing then customer will be notified of shipping charges and will need to modify their order if they choose to incur that shipping charge.

Orders requesting overnight delivery must be received before 2pm EST to meet shipping cutoff time. 

All items are wrapped and shipped discreetly in packages from one of the following shippers:  UPS or USPS.  All packages will come with the return address of ETB. 

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours while some take longer.  Shipping times vary with every order due to manufacturers time to process a order and ship to you the customer.  While most ship extremely well, some do take longer then others and we try to stock the most common sellers for faster shipping service.

Please be advised there are a large amount of companies we deal with to bring you all these great products.  We also use different warehouses throughout the US when possible for faster shipping.  However, all of this doesn't guarantee your product will be available at order time.  We will notify you if something isn't available. 

Large and Heavy products will take longer to ship and the shipping may be calculated after the item is purchased as it is per weight due to the size of some of the heavier and larger furniture that must be sent by truck. We will inform you of the total shipping costs to your location.
